Rental Price
You will receive the best rental rate if you rent directly with us at 145,000 Baht per month. We also rent out the property at 155,000 Baht per month through real estate agents.
Please note that we take 2 months rental in security deposit and the minimum rental period is 1 year.
What's included?
The apartment is fully furnished and we hope that you love the property as much as we do. All built-in and loose furniture are included in the price. Items on shelves, countertops, desks and some other decorative items are for decoration purposes and are not included. Should you wish to keep some of these items with you, this is also possible at an additional fee.
